Made from a blend of two grape varieties (Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc), which is distinguished above all by the dominance of Pinot Blanc. It presents fruity notes where citrus and pear blend. Elegant, well-structured and with fine bubbles, this Crémant is one of the estate's great successes. A real treat!
