The optimal tasting period is from April to September after maturing for 4 to 6 weeks. 180g
The crust is very soft, creamy and wrinkled. The interior varies from firm to almost runny and very creamy. We find a delicate nutty flavor. You can pair it with a strong red wine like Saint-Amour or a Jura straw wine.
